1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Times
We ship our products worldwide. Delivery time depends on the specific product and destination. Since we operate through dropshipping, the shipment is sent directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler to the customer.
Average delivery times:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH): 5-15 business days
Europe: 7-20 business days
USA & Canada: 10-25 business days
Rest of the world: 10-25 business days
Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., customs delays, pandemic-related restrictions, or high demand), shipping times may be longer.
2. Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs depend on the destination country and product weight.
Orders under €50: Shipping cost €5.99
Orders from €50: Free shipping

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website at any time.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These costs must be paid by the buyer and are not covered by us. We recommend checking the customs regulations of your country before placing an order.
5. Delivery Conditions
If a package cannot be delivered (e.g., due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept), it may be returned. In this case, reshipping may incur additional costs.
If a product has not arrived within 60 days, you will either receive a refund or a replacement shipment, depending on your preference.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product at elias.eshaghbeigi@gmail.com. We will quickly resolve the issue.
If your package has no tracking updates for 30 days and is considered lost, you will receive either a refund or a replacement shipment.
